It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Bob Pace the developer of our neighborhood.
He passed away on Monday, March 8, 2010, between 10:00 and 11:00 PM.
Please keep Donna and their family in your prayers.

The visitation for Mr. Pace will be Wednesday at Bright Funeral Home from 6:30-8:00pm.
The Service of Witness to the Resurrection will be at 2:00pm Thursday the 10th
at Wake Forest Presbyterian Church with the reception following in the Christian Life Center.

Welcome to beautiful Kimmon Place and The Reserve at Kimmon Place which are located in three North Carolina counties, the northern part of Wake County, a small corner of Franklin County and even a slice of Granville County, (click to see map).  Our neighborhood is made up of 98 beautiful transitional style custom built homes. We have over 12 acres of green space to explore including paths, streams and picturesque Baynam Pond (click to see satellite image).
